Mallak In-home Adult Care, is a licensed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and is led by Entasar 'Star' Al-Gburi, and her daughter Dina, in a 3-bedroom family home in Fitchburg, WI.
With 5+ years of experience, we offer 24/7 care for ambulatory clients with various care needs.
Our home provides a safe, comfortable environment that promotes independence and manages our residents social, behavioral, and emotional needs.

At Mallak Care LLC, we prioritize individualized care for each resident. Our team collaborates with residents, families, and staff to create a unique Individual Service Plan (ISP) tailored to the client's needs. The ISP is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it reflects the resident's evolving requirements. We believe in transparent communication and provide monthly progress reports to keep resident, guardians, and case managers informed.
Providing Quality Care
Mallak Care LLC offers personalized assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, eating, medication management, and personal hygiene. Our dedicated team also supports residents with meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, and engaging recreational activities. We prioritize helping our residents plan their daily routines, express their needs effectively, and enhance essential life skills such as grooming, dressing, shopping, and social interaction.
